Clients should never feel obligated to continue purchasing services in an attempt to make a prediction come true or prevent a negative prediction from occurring.
Participation in a reading is voluntary.
You may choose not to answer a question or may end a reading at any time.
ClearPath Psychic Readings also reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate a reading when appropriate, including because of abusive, threatening, disruptive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
You represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and participate in the services being requested.
ClearPath Psychic Readings may decline to provide services to a minor or require permission from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate or required by law.
These Terms apply to services provided in person, by telephone, through text or messaging, video call, social media, websites, online platforms, or any other method.
Technical interruptions, internet problems, telephone problems, or platform outages may occasionally interfere with remote readings.
ClearPath Psychic Readings will make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy of information voluntarily shared during a reading.
However, clients should avoid providing highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the reading, including passwords, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or other confidential account information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClearPath Psychic Readings and its owners, operators, representatives, and service providers will not be responsible for losses, damages, expenses, decisions, actions, missed opportunities, relationship outcomes, financial losses, business losses, emotional reactions, or other consequences resulting from a client's reliance upon or interpretation of a reading.
You voluntarily assume responsibility for how you use information received during a reading.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Receiving a reading does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
The relationship between ClearPath Psychic Readings and the Client is limited to providing an entertainment service.
The quality or relevance of a reading may depend in part on the circumstances surrounding the reading and information voluntarily provided by the Client.
ClearPath Psychic Readings is not responsible for inaccurate interpretations resulting from incomplete, misleading, incorrect, or intentionally false information supplied by a Client.
ClearPath Psychic Readings reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably appropriate, subject to applicable law.
This may include situations involving harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, suspected fraud, attempts to obtain prohibited professional advice, or other circumstances that make continuing the service inappropriate.
Unless otherwise stated, written materials, descriptions, branding, graphics, website content, and other original business materials belonging to ClearPath Psychic Readings may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially distributed without authorization.
ClearPath Psychic Readings may use third-party websites, social-media platforms, scheduling services, payment processors, telephone providers, or other services.
ClearPath Psychic Readings is not responsible for outages, technical errors, privacy practices, payment-processing problems, or other actions of independent third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
ClearPath Psychic Readings may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in effect when you purchase or receive a service will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Continued use of services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NO RESULTS, PREDICTIONS, OUTCOMES, OR ACCURACY ARE GUARANTEED. INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING A READING SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MENTAL-HEALTH, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. THE CLIENT REMAINS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERSONAL DECISIONS AND ACTIONS.
BY BOOKING, PURCHASING, OR PARTICIPATING IN A READING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
